鈥淚 liked having the breakout session in which we could do a case study and discuss it interprofessionally. This allowed me to see perspectives outside my own profession. There were dental and nutrition students in my group, so they see these patients in a different setting and for different reasons, whereas my experience with wound care has been in the emergency room, when things have escalated.鈥 鈥 SWAG视频 College of Osteopathic Medicine student 鈥27, at the interprofessional "Treatment, Prevention, Wound Care: Non-stigmatizing harm reduction approaches for people who use drugs" knowledge exchange event February 7, 2024.
