CECE Event – Protest Medicine: How to Leverage your Role as a Provider During Civil Unrest

6:00 pm - 7:00 pm
Portland Campus, Biddeford Campus

Join us for an introduction to the practical, physical, legal, and emotional concerns present in a protest. This event will be hosted by an interdisciplinary team of  health professions students and discusses how providers of all levels can apply their skills and training to aid communities during times of unrest. We will introduce common injuries and complaints that may occur during a protest as well as harm reduction considerations.

Competencies: Teamwork, Roles & Responsibilities

Attendance to this event can be applied to students' Interprofessional Honors Distinction/Badge.
